Miss Tamara
Hi, my name is Tamara Bridal. I am the owner and manager of You Care, We Care Daycare. I have been in the childcare field for seven years now, five of which I owned and operated my own in home daycare. My in home daycare grew so fast that we needed to expand to a bigger facility. That is when we moved it to Ferndale Elementary School where we have been located as a licensed group child care center since 2008. Because of my love for children I completed my Infant and Toddler Diploma and have my Early Childhood Education certificate. I encourage my staff to attend workshops to improve their training. I lead by example, some of my training includes: First Aid, Montessori training, Level I sign language, emergency preparedness and food safe, just to name a few. I am continuously attending workshops. I have been married for 22 years to my husband Darin. We have three beautiful girls, Esteel, Tanesha and Shaqala. We live in Mission and are all actively involved in the community. I can honestly say that, I wish I knew what I know now, before I had my girls, because as an ECE I truly see the importance of daycare and preschool for our children. Many parents thank me on a daily basis for what their children are learning at our center. I give credit and a huge applause to my staff.

I am always up for any training that can prepare me better to care for children, some of my training includes: Montessori training, First Aid, Emergency Prepardness and more.
